I think it 12.4
h^2=(3)^2+(12)^2
12^2+3^2=153 sqrt(153) is the answer

but the choices are 12.4 11.6 144 9
oh sorry i misstyped the sqrt of 153 it's 12.36 not 12.67 \[12.36\approx12.4\]
