I have a linear graph Y=mx+b and I have the information for the slope: 0.01876, and the y-intercept: -0.002100. The question is asking me what the value of X will be when I plug in 0.55 as a value of y. How do I solve this problem?

OpenStudy (abmon98):

0.55+0.002100/0.01876=29.4

OpenStudy (wolfe8):

Recall the straight line general form y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.
