So what I take from this is that the bright colors contrast with the darker greens and blues... framing the woman's face making her the focal point. The color causes the eye to be drawn from the center outward.

The definition of color is a pigmentation of something that causes different sensations on the eye based on the way the color reflects or emits light.

I want to say that it is line, shape, space, form, texture, value, and color.

And I say this because if you look at a photograph or painting, any work of art really all of these elements are used... that is what makes up the image that the eye sees. Take texture for instance, you can see texture, if an artist uses some type of think paint or some type of tool that causes grooves in the image, the texture is used to give you a more in depth view of what the artist is trying to portray.
