OpenStudy (***[isuru]***):

since the average is 359ml ... when u add the 3 values given on the table and then divide it by three u should get 359 ml...

OpenStudy (***[isuru]***):

when the units r given in the same format ( ml or L or gallons) for the all 3 houses u just have to add the 3 values , divide them by 3 and convert the answer to ml

OpenStudy (***[isuru]***):

but when the 3 values r given in different units.. u have to convert them in to same unit and repeat the same process.. in this occasion i suggests u to convert all the units to ml and then find the average since the unit of average is ml

OpenStudy (***[isuru]***):

to convert L to ml ... u have to multiply the value by 1000

OpenStudy (***[isuru]***):

to convert gallon to ml u have to multiply by 3785.41

OpenStudy (***[isuru]***):

hint : - before u convert the values... add the 3 values which is given in ml in the table 2 and try finding the average... u may save ur time :p
