I only need help with parts B & C because i already got part A which is: X= # of theaters 2x= # of showtimes 6x= # of seats Just help me find any reasonable answer even if its wrong I just want to turn it in already (attached picture)

@jim_thompson5910 @douglaswinslowcooper @Compassionate can one of you please help me?

@wio

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Math I can handle, but reading. Oh god, not the paragraphs!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tell me about it! i hate word problems

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

you already did A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes i did

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

B would be their product, that is x * 2x * 6x, when simplified will be \(\bf 12x^3\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay thank you so much!! What about C? I am not even sure i get the question

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

what's the degree, well \(\bf 12x^{\color{red}{ 3}}\) what's its classification? well, is a single-term polynomial, that is, a MONOmial

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

C will be the pairing of factors so you grab 2 factors first, get their product, do the same to the other 2 x * 2x = \(\bf 2x^2\) what does that mean? x = number of theaters 2x = number of showtimes \(\bf 2x^2\) well, ALL showtimes available for ALL theaters

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You are a life saver! Thank you so much

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

so the next pairing may just be 2x * 6x = \(\bf 12 x^2\) what does that mean? well 2x = number of showtimes 6x = number of seats \(\bf 12x^2\) ALL available seats for ALL showtimes

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

yw

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am sorry to be a bother but there is just one more question i need to finish would it be alright if you helped me?

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

I'd be dashing in a few secs :( I'll be here tomorrow though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh well thank you so much anyway you seriously helped me a lot even if it was two answers. (:
