"We are pleased to announce that the Google Science Fair 2014 has now launched in partnership with LEGO Education, National Geographic, Scientific American and Virgin Galactic.

Students aged 13 to 18 from around the world are invited to ask questions and answer them through science experiments with a chance to win once-in-a-lifetime experiences, scholarships and real-life work opportunities.

This year, we are accepting entries in English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Arabic, Hebrew, Polish, Japanese, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean, Chinese (Hong Kong or Taiwan), and Turkish. Note that some additional eligibility requirements may apply in your country; check the Official Rules for more information.

Yeah I have plenty of ideas...cool ideas I wish I could share but I have a lot of work and projects to do already and I'm taking test that affect my grade by 25% in 3weeks. So yeah this should have probably been held in a different time frame.
