Did you look at their admissions information and application? Have you tried contacting them? Getting to know about the target school is a large part of getting in. In general: Showing your productivity through volunteerism and extra curricular activities is also good. If you have good grades and a full life, it shows that you have some diversity and resilience.

Academics: Grades: 3.8-4.0, Plenty of AP courses Extracurriculars: Leadership roles in clubs, some other demonstrated excellence, maybe music. Passion: Something you care about and have pursued to excellence. And luck!
