Find the distance between P1(3, -195°) and P2(-4, -94°) on the polar plane. Round your answer to the nearest thousandth. I got 3.99 as the answer, but I was wondering if someone could check it and make sure it's correct?

\[d=\sqrt{r_1^2+r_2^2-2r_1r_2\cos(\theta_1-\theta_2)}\]

i got a different answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\sqrt{3^2+4^2+24\cos(101)}\] i think is right
