help please!! What is the equation of the line that is parallel to y = –4x + 3 and has a y-intercept of -1/3

OpenStudy (blondisaurus):

Parallel means same slope. Y-intercept is the constant (or last number in the equation, the 3 in your case) So the asnwer would be y= -4x- 1/3
