Why is baroque music enjoyed by modern audiences rather than Midieval and Renaissance Music

No idea! in Baroque there were no clear melodies and it was hard to place the different parts of the music. then some composers came along and wanted different music that had clear melodies and tunes you could remember. they also introduced more brass instruments. take the William Tell overture, that is a typical classical song with an easy and memorable tune. the baroque pieces did not have a clear tune and were hard to remember.
