Can you please help me with these questions? Please explain how to solve them. 1) Identify the resulting probability as theoretical or experimental. The outcomes for rolling a number cube with faces labeled 1− 6 are equally likely. Find the probability that the number rolled is at least a 4. 2) The table shows the results of drawing colored marbles from a bag. What would be expected to happen to the experimental probability of drawing a white marble as the number of draws increases?

So number one wants you to Identify the resulting probability as theoretical or experimental by finding the probability that the number rolled is at least a 4. They give you the information to solve this by telling you, The outcomes for rolling a number cube with faces labeled 1− 6 are equally likely.

OpenStudy (linda3):

number 2 tells you that, The table shows the results of drawing colored marbles from a bag. the question is What would be expected to happen to the experimental probability of drawing a white marble as the number of draws increases?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For number one.. so it would be experimental? @linda3

OpenStudy (linda3):

yeah it can be which ever one you choose :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and number two, the probability of drawing a white marble will increase?

OpenStudy (linda3):

yeah thats true but thats not the answer your looking for

OpenStudy (linda3):

you are looking for the experimental probability

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you

OpenStudy (linda3):

you welcome!!! :)
