4. Si, tengo tres hermanos. Sus nombres son Selena, Alex, y Solomon.

5. Mi madre es de cuarenta y siete.

I am supposed to put this in the correct tener form for age. But I am really bad with conjugations.

Should be:
1. Tengo quince años.
5. Mi madre tiene cuarenta y siete.
