Prions are least understood micro organisms .their nature is controversial.they are composed of proteins only that contains the information that codes for their own replication.All other organisms contain their genetic information in nucleic acid(DNA or RNA).Prions are responsible for mad cow infection and mysterious brain infection in man .

@sarah786 you are right but i think prions are not micro organisms as you mentioned , they are normal cellular proteins not folded properly ie misfolded proteins.
