So, I'm not even sure what this question is asking, if you could help me to understand that would be wonderful!!

if f(x) = 2x^2-7x+4, find f'(-2) I got 15 (which is right) it then says,
Use this to find the eqation of the tangent line to the parabola y = 2x^2-7x+4 at the point (-2,26).
