If it's a 2:3 ratio between AB and BC, then mAB = (2/5)mAC The change in x between A and B will be 2/5 the change in x between A and C Same for change in y.
2(5)+3(3)/2+3,2(11)+3(4)/2/3=(3.8,6.8)
