x^2 + y^2 - 2ax -2by + (a^2 +b^2 - m^2)=0

x^2 +y^2 + 2ax +2by + (a^2 +b^2 -m^2) = 0

x^2 +y^2 - 2ax -2by + (a+b -m^2) = 0
