Which of the following statements about Thomas Hobbes and John Locke is not correct? Both Thomas Hobbes and John Locke wrote about contract theories of government. Thomas Hobbes defended powerful government while John Locke thought the power of government should be limited. Both Thomas Hobbes and John Locke imagined what life was like in a state of nature. Most of the Founders of the United States had read both Hobbes and Locke but were strongly influenced by Locke. All of these statements are correct.
