well now... do you know the formula for the cone and cylinder?

first solve for radious of the cone knowing its volume that you were given. Then use that radius with the formula for volume of the cylinder and you got it.

1/3pi*r^2*h=3 thats the formula for finding out the volume of a cone volume of a cone is pi*r^2*h so divide the 3 by 1/3 =9 cubic feet

lol you could just say that since a cone's volume is 1/3 of the volume of a cylinder, you would do 3*3 to get 9. 9 is the volume of the cylinder :)
