to get

Angle ZWV = (1/2)*(arc XY + arc ZV)

90 = (1/2)*(arc XY + 43)

90*2 = arc XY + 43

180 = arc XY + 43

180-43 = arc XY

137 = arc XY

arc XY = 137 degrees
