if all dimensions are in the same proportion. then circle will be similar. ratio of radius=ratio of diamerter =ratio of circumference if it is true then circle will be similar

All circles are similar.
The definition of similar figures is that they have the same shape but not the same size.
Transform circle Y by moving it 6 units left and 6 units up. Then apply a dilation factor of 2 to its radius.
