that's how much I can spend monthly. Sorry should have made that clear. 
lol I have never had to any thing like this in math or any classes so to be honest, I don't know whats normal or what to expect, or how to find these things.

life events, I would assume those are unexpected expenses. Broken car, dr bills.
credit payback, paying off credit cards, loans, etc
