I don't think their is a precise calculation on how much time does it take for a human to take a footstep.But you can record it.

Walk normally for1 minute - count your footsteps - find the average.....

I agree with MrNood. Walk for 1 minute. Then find the average.

For example, 60 steps in a minute. 60/60=1, this is an example. Just try the experiment and see how it goes. You should also try this at least three times and find the average of that number.
