Why are fossil fuels not considered a renewable energy source? (Points : 3) they can be used to generate electricity but not for running vehicles they are not formed in human time spans; they require millions of years to form we have unlimited supplies of them

Fossil Fuels are considered non renewable resources in that their use is not sustainable because their formation takes billions of years. Again, once these fossil fuels are burned, they get finished completely. Some examples of fossil fuels include, wood, oil, natural gas and coal. so it could be B or C but I think B is a better answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because we cant have unlimited supply......it just needs a lot of waiting so if the fuel we have finished we'd have to wait another billion years for it to form up again

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so yeah the answer is B :p

alright thanks :)
