Why are fossil fuels not considered a renewable energy source?

Fossil Fuels are considered non renewable resources in that their use is not sustainable because their formation takes billions of years. Again, once these fossil fuels are burned, they get finished completely. Some examples of fossil fuels include, wood, oil, natural gas and coal.
so it could be B or C but I think B is a better answer

because we cant have unlimited supply......it just needs a lot of waiting so if the fuel we have finished we'd have to wait another billion years for it to form up again
