Help to find the indirect utility function.

I have \[U(C,t)=e^{-\rho*t}\frac{ 1 }{ 1-\gamma }C^{1-\gamma}\]
and
\[B(W,T)=H*e^{-\rho*T}\frac{ 1 }{ 1-\gamma }W^{1-\gamma}, H>0\]
