I've had this problem before. It was fixed after I pm'd Preetha. I forget exactly what causes it. Try pming Preetha telling her about your profile. It usually gets fixed within a day. :)

I cant get other users profiles to pop up

Very common issue, and if i remember correctly (it's been about 8 months since I get on) it's because your profile simply needs a reboot on the server

Same thing happened to me a while back. If preetha doesn''t answer your pm just send an email openstudy i think the email is contact@openstudy.com im not really sure but try it and tell them the problem and it should get fixed soon.
