Okay so, I'm rough on this stuff but I believe you'd set them equal : 5x+13=3x-5..
Solve for x and get -9. So i'll draw it.
- 3x both sides
get 2x=13 = x-5

add 5 to both sides to cancel
how would you write it out at the end ?
2x+18=x divide 2x into both sides x =-9
now write it going down in the order i gave you.
Im not sure that's right isn't their more steps?
