Encouraging diversity and multiculturalism helps to avoid prejudice, which was one of the driving forces behind the holocaust, and resulted in the death of a proximity 11 thousand people. Creating an acceptance for diversity could have helped to avoid this tragic event, and we must their for continue to support the current policy of multiculturalism.
