Problem solving can be increased by answering questions, and I think that engagement is raised by asking questions.

yup. if you want to be a lifesaver, just help people with their questions and get medals for answering these questions from the asker. Teamwork increases with getting fans/testimonials, chatting. Engagement increases with asking questions and getting medals for questions
