Please help? Classify –4x3 – 2x2 – 2x by degree and by number of terms.

Well it has three terms so it's a trinomial. Terms are -4x^3 -2x^2 -2x To find degree, you look for the highest exponent attached to the variable. So in the term -4x^3, the exponent is 3 so it's a third degree trinomial.
