You have to divide it into two problems.You have to consider the negative values of x and positive values of x separately. That's how you get the pointed V shaped graph. You plug in values of x and take its absolute value, then subtract one from it and that's your y coord. Ex: x = -3 |dw:1392685487529:dw| So your point would be (-3,2) You have to get a V shaped graph so keep plugging in from an x range of -4 and go until 3. YOu'll get a complete graph that way
