Well it's a conversion factor so you have to end up with a length per time. that automatically rules out options 1,2. 1 meter does equal 3.28 feet but the time conversions are wrong so it's not that one. And using conversions, option 5 is wrong too. 1 knot = about 0.5 m/s so using that conversion factor, you just multiply both sides by 2 and get 2 knots = 1 m/s and that's your answer
