If I am not given an equation to solve at STP, then what will be my conversion factor for volume if not 22.L.

if you're not specifically told what the conditions are, then we always assume STP.

If you're told temperature but not pressure, we can assume standard pressure.

If you're told pressure but not temperature, we can assume standard temp.
