not its not C . Haemoglobin is a globular proteins and all globular proteins show Tertiary structure its B Keratin , keratin is a fibrous protein which have Secondary structure

Keratin. A primary structure of a protein refers to its amino acid sequence , for example, HAVLQS. Second sturcture means the specific shape these strands coil, which turn into alpha and beta.
