Will give medal! Which equation represents exponential decay? A. f(x) = 8x B. f(x) = .08x C. f(x) = 2(4x) D. f(x) = 10(2x)

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

Uh, are there supposed to be some exponents there? Kindly rewrite your choices with the Equation editor button, or using ^ between base and exponent to indication exponentiation: \[2^3 = 8\]2^3=8

oh ok hehe! One minute!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok i have examined my choices. The answers are the same. they are they way I typed them!

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

You need to have an exponent in the equation to have exponential decay. None of those equations have exponents as you have formatted them.
