what uv filter do you like the best for everyday shooting?

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Are you looking for which type of UV? Well, the strong filters are only needed in higher UV areas, like high altitude. Otherwise, a basic UV Haze or Skylight filter is fine. The Skylight ones are little different. This talks about it more: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/indepth/photography/buying-guides/filters-lenses And here is a set of photos that were done with one camera, one scene, and a ton of different filters: http://www.cs.mtu.edu/~shene/DigiCam/User-Guide/filter/filter-UV.html

none, many uv filters cause ghosting and are not as optically sharp as the glass in your lens.
