I am being asked to determine the molar absorptivity (E) of CuSO4. I have the formula, A=E*C*l and have the values for A: .487, C: 0.141 and l:1. So to set up the equation, .487=E * 0.141 * 1. Is this the correct way to solve? .487=E*0.141 .487/0.141E=3.453900709

OpenStudy (aaronq):

yep, that's right. Don't forget the units.
