Let f(x) = -4x + 7 and g(x) = 10x - 6, find f(g(x)).

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

if we are trying to find the f of g(x), you should solve for g(x) first. and you would go about solving this like a regular equation. Solve 10x-6 @ulli920

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

O_O you there?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes i was trying to do he prblem, but i still fdont understand it.

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

you can also just plug things in : -4x(-10x+6)+7 then you can solve. Try it this way

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes thank you i got it!

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

Glad you got it! hey and welcome to OpenStudy! :D
