What occurs during the second stage of photosynthesis?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The second stage of photosynthesis is the calvin cycle. do you know what this is?

.....Well er, that really doesn't help me. I think I found the answer already anyway, Carbon dioxide is taken in from the air through the stomata.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is also known as the light independent reactions, and occurs in the stroma.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This cycle convert carbon dioxide and other compounds into glucose.
