One easy way to understand is follow the steps below: 1) It is obvious that final rhombus is half the size of original rhombus which is available in all the four options. 2) So just focus on the center of the rhombus as per option (b). 3) By dilation center of the rhombus is at (2,0) . 4) By shifting it two units down it comes to (2,-2). 5) Six unit left means (-4,-2). 6) Reflection about x-axis means new center is (4,-2) which is shown in the figure.
