Find the partial fraction decomposition of the given rational expression. x^3+11x^2-4x-32/x^2-4 ? please help me thank you :)))

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

you wanto integrate that ?

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

u need to do long division and make the degree of numerator smaller... before going for partial fractions...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

my quotient after using the long division is x+11+ 12/(x-2)(x+2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

my final answer is 3/x-2+-3/x+2 but the system says it's incorrect

OpenStudy (anonymous):

why is it wrong?

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

enter x+11 also

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

it looks correct to me. .

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

x + 11 + 3/x-2+-3/x+2

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

enter the entire thing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohhh that's why thank you :)

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

np :)
