Feedback on my poem?

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
When you awaken in the mornings, hush!
I am the swift uplifting rush,
of morning birds in circle flight.
I am the stars that shine at night.
I am the fireflies that glow
like the diamonds glint on snow.
I am the gentle autumns rain,
and wind that ruffles grain.
Do not stand at my grave and weep,
for I am not there, I do not sleep.
