If the first pass is Lacy passing it 90 degrees COUNTER clockwise, it would end up in front of Igor. The second pass of 30 degrees FROM Igor would result in Haifa receiving the bowl at the end of the second pass.

A circle has 360 degrees, knowing that, I can assume Farrah would be the 180 degree mark from Lacy. Halfway between that is Igor, making him the 90 degree mark, with every person being 30 degrees. Hope this helped.
