!!! One Medal Question !!!
um the human overpopulation=looking for new land=killing habitats and the animals occupying it for new homes=extinction of animals
biodiversity is basically "hey how many different types of species are there?" an ecosystem has tons of different organisms that inhabit it. tons of examples
2. humans occupy a piece of land, when there is not enough land for the humans to occupy, humans search for more land to colonize and build things like a city. The only thing stopping humans from building a city is the habitat, so what do they do?they destroy the habitat and build buildings. this kills most organisms that lived in the habitat. now imagine this on a massive scale because humans are everywhere. a mass extinction is when alot of species die off.(i.e ice age and the killing of dinosaurs) if u look, since humans have had to invade new areas to live, the extinction rate of animals has increased dramatically.
its been a while since i did ecology lol
i think someone else should explain that one lol
um well depends on an ecosystem. different types of organisms inhabit different types of ecosystems. an ecosystem includes the abiotic and biotic factors. the diversity therefore, varies from one ecosystem to another.
very vague question in all honesty
Sorry about that...! Well Thanks once again =') Appreciate your Help.
