Making a Dent
I could just sit and watch the world go round
Staying silent as others voice their own opinions
Maybe watch the castle itself get crowned
And as the queen gathers her minions
But I won’t!
That’s no longer an option for me!
I tell myself “Just don’t”
Knowing the Lord had walked on the sea.
He walked with singing rocks
And through the darkest trenches
As the crowd around gathers and gawks
And attempt to bring forth darling little wenches
For he does not get tempted
He was the one whom lived without a sin.
We hear the saying “when pigs can fly”
How about “When Jesus lives again”
When trees move around like a spy
And the sun turns to blue
We will probably wonder and pray
“Oh Heavens what will we do?”
