Is this a true or false? If so, then this is false. You have to multiply by multiples of ten, since you're jumping from a bigger unit to smaller units. You're supposed to have numberically more smaller units than bigger units, since a lot of these smaller units are combined to create a single larger unit. Like 100 cm equals 1 meter. :)
