Is there a limit of how many people can be level 99. I know that only one person can have a S.S. 100. I was just curious after really taking into account that there can only be one person with S.S. 100.

It is due to the relative nature of the SS, so I doubt there is any realistic limit on 99.

You just have to answer questions, earn medals, as well as fans. It'll start to increase your SS over time. :)

I did not know that only one person can have a SS 100. Why is that??

It has to do with the formula.  One per title area.
