i dont know how to explain or what they meant by logarith function. but i can give you some hints. the x number is the value and the y is ur exponent. 216= 6^3 1296= 6^4 7776= 6^5
choices: f(x)=logx 5 f(x) =6 log x f (x) = log 6x f(x) = log6 x
i know it can be the first and second because its base 6. whats the difference between the 3rd and 4th

the fourth one the 6 is the subscript
then the 4th is correct. 6 is the base and the base of the log is usually written in subscript. if you read it correctly, it is log base 6
