As the wavelength decreases, the frequency?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

speed=frequency*wavelength if wavelength decreases frequency increases

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I thought speed is not equal to frequency or is it only Angular speed is not equal to angular frequency?

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

^angular speed/frequency has nothing to do with wavelength

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah,.... just a general question I did not notice the multiplication the speed=frequency*wavelength My bad...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and the frequency is supposed to be increasing, is it?

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

if wavelength decreases then frequency increases, since speed is constant
