OpenStudy (texaschic101):

correct...PEMDAS 7 (-9 + 10) - 3 + 4 --- do parenthesis first 7 (1) - 3 + 4 7 - 3 + 4 4 + 4 8 ===>solution 2n (- 6) + 10(n - 12) + (-3)^2 - 12 --- distribute through the parenthesis -12n + 10n - 120 + (-3)^2 - 12 -- do exponents -12n + 10n - 120 + 9 - 12 -- combine like terms -2n - 132 + 9 -2n - 123===> solution
