total energy at cliff is only potential energy=mgh at the bottom of cliff it's purely kinetic energy by conservation of energy theorem: \[mgh-200=\frac{ 1 }{ 2 }mv ^{2}\]
for this you have to know mass of object.
thanx but mass is not given.....
without mass u can't calculate final velocity.
